A: Absolutely no problem whatsoever. We would be delighted to have you as a customer.


Q: Do you charge for delivery?

A: There is no charge for delivery. Minimum delivery is 4 bottles.


Q: What if something goes wrong with my cooler?

A: Your cooler comes with a 12-month warranty. If anything goes wrong, we’ll repair or replace it. If it needs to be taken away, we’ll leave a temporary cooler so you’re never without water.


Q: How often do I have to get it serviced?

A: Cooler servicing is recommended every 6 months and costs €25. No hidden charges—just straightforward service.


Q: Do you take trade-ins?

A: Yes, we do! We’ll need to see the old cooler first, but we’re happy to offer a trade-in where possible.


Q: How much water will I use?

A: That really depends on the number of people using it. But after a week or two, you’ll quickly get a sense of your typical usage.


Q: Can I pause my deliveries if I’m away?

A: Of course. Just let us know in advance and we’ll pause deliveries until you’re ready to start again.


Q: Do I need to be in when the delivery arrives?

A: Ideally yes, but we can arrange to leave bottles in a safe spot if agreed beforehand.


Q: Are the bottles recyclable?

A: Yes, the bottles are returned to us, cleaned, sanitised and reused. Much more eco-friendly than single-use plastic.

A: Yes we do! Whether it’s a small team or a large office, we’ve got options to suit all workplace sizes.


Q: What size bottles do you supply?

A: We supply standard 19-litre bottles that work with most coolers, perfect for home or work.


Q: Do you supply chilled and room temperature water coolers?

A: Yes. We offer coolers that dispense both chilled and ambient (room temperature) still water.


Q: Is there a contract?

A: No long-term contracts. We believe our service and water speak for themselves—stay because you’re happy, not because you’re tied in.


Q: Can I rent a cooler from you?

A: Yes, we offer both cooler rentals and outright purchases, whichever suits your needs and budget best.


Q: What’s the difference between your water and tap water?

A: Our still water is filtered and bottled under strict quality standards, offering clean, refreshing hydration—ideal for drinking throughout the day.
